Our home has a dedicated team of carers who are led by the manager on a day to day basis. We are fortunate to have carers with a wide range of skills. Some of our carers come from a mental health background whilst others are more experienced in age care. Together they have the winning formula to provide an all round package of care. 

All our staff are hand selected to ensure they will have the health & wellbeing and safety of the individuals in our care at the forefront of everything they do.

Our staff receive excellent on going training in a wide variety of subjects all aimed at benefitting our residents needs. Our aim is to have 90% of our workforce with NVQ qualifications.

We currently have a work force with 95% holding an NVQ award.
