We currently have a vacancy for a full time team leader. We desire that the applicant will have NVQ level 3 in health and social care.

 We require the individual to possess excellent communication skills, be able to delegate tasks to their team and to be responsible for the overall running of the shift.The applicant must be able to write daily reports and liase with the care manager on a daily basis to ensure that all needs of the residents within the home are being met.
